How do you love your guts?
Here are a couple of my quick favourites:
♥️ take 5 deep belly breaths
♥️ give myself a belly rub (always starting on the right heading left)
♥️ sip ginger or peppermint tea
♥️ gentle pelvic movements (circles, yoga cat-cow)
