Shari still has some spaces available for her March 7th It Ends With Me healing retreat day.

This will be a day of coming together in an intimate setting, learning to identify patterns that repeat in our life, and how they relate to all the relationships in our life. And of course tools and techniques to interrupt, and once practiced break the cycles once and for all.

The day will begin with grounding and meditation, discussion and one-on-one and group work, and end with frequency healing.
