**Vulnerable Post

Last year around this time, I was going through something incredibly challenging. I had left what I believed was my dream job to start a new opportunity that ended up becoming one of the hardest experiences of my professional life. It didn’t align with my values, and it brought me to a very low point. I even started to question whether private practice was right for me at all.
One of the biggest lessons from that time was about intuition. Deep down, I knew the situation wasn’t right for me - but I wanted it to work so much that I ignored the parts of me that were trying to protect me. Looking back, I can see how important that inner knowing really is.
When I finally decided to leave, I found a space that welcomed me with open arms. I am endlessly grateful for Chantel and for holding me through that transition and giving me a safe, supportive place to land.
I may wish I hadn’t had to go through that level of stress, but I also know it led me to where I am now. My practice feels aligned again. I’m proud of the space I’ve created, and I feel so honored to hold space for every person who walks through my door.

As a 1/3 profile in Human Design, I am always drawn to learning, training, taking courses, etc. I have such a wide range of interests and am trying to find the “thing” that really ignites my soul! I’m officially heading back to school!

This fall, I’ll be starting my Master of Social Work, with a focus on Trauma-Informed Practice.

Over the years, my work as a therapist has shown me just how deeply trauma shapes our experiences and how powerful healing can be when we truly feel seen, heard, and safe.

This next step is about deepening my skills so I can show up for my clients in even more meaningful ways 💛

I’m equal parts excited, nervous, and inspired for this next chapter - and so grateful for everyone who has supported me along the way.

Here’s to growth, learning, and creating spaces where healing feels possible for everyone. 🌿✨
