(Tuesdays, Jan 13th-Feb 3rd, 6-7pm).

Each participant receives a copy of her book, “Yoga for the Stages of Pregnancy: & Early Days Postpartum”

Participants will learn:
✅Positions and postures to support the physical changes during pregnancy.
✅Safe alternatives to yoga poses to improve breath mechanics and build strength/ flexibility.
✅Active Labour positions and breath tools.
✅Education on pelvic floor anatomy and what is “safe to do” in the first 6-8weeks postpartum.

Our whole body approach and specialized expertise in physiotherapy, yoga, chiropractic, and TCM acupuncture to help you to become healthy and whole. Combining skills and philosophies from eastern and western traditions, we are committed to providing physical therapy and yoga to individuals and groups who have typically not had access to such services. Core to our beliefs is that yoga is for everyone, and everyone deserves to live and move free of pain. Founded by Adrianne Vangool, Vangool Wellness is all about giving people the tools to live better and do the things that are important to them, and making physiotherapy and yoga accessible to all.
