Whatever your motivation for seeking massage therapy, be it injury rehabilitation, pain management, pre/post natal, or just relaxation, I am committed to working with each individual client to design the treatment plan that's best for you. I combine a variety of techniques and an intuitive sense of touch to give the best massage I can, every time. I have a real interest in problem solving and insatiable curiosity so that together we can work toward your optimal health and pain free living, moving past a band-aid approach. I was trained here in Saskatchewan and graduated with honors from a 2200 hour massage and hyrdotherapy program, and I am registered with the Massage Therapy Association of Saskatchewan. I chose a career in massage therapy after the birth of my son, renewing an interest in holistic health. I believe that positive human touch can be a tremendously powerful in working toward overall health, and that if we are willing to work with our bodies we are all capable of great health. Techniques I work with include:

trigger point therapy
prenatal massage

Hello there friends. As many of you are aware, I have finished my nursing degree and am officially an RN. I know I told some of you that I may do some massaging on the side, but I have been offered a full-time nursing position, so this is the end of my career as a massage therapist. It is bitter sweet to leave RMT life, but I'm excited for what lies ahead. Thank you all so much for your friendship and support over the years!

Hello again!
Now that I'm finished school for the summer, I'll be back working full time at Inside Out Therapies. I'll be in the clinic from 9:30-2:30 on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, 2:30-9 on Fridays, and 10-5 on Saturdays! Well hello again!
The month of December is ramping up to be a busy one for me, and I have had to book a few days off due to finals. Sorry if this is inconvenient for anyone!
In an effort to make it a little easier to use up the rest of your benefits :-) I've added a few mid week shifts as well!

Hello there team!
Im heading in to my last week of full time massage before I start school! I'm in the clinic from Tuesday-Friday this week, and from then on I'll be working Fridays 2:30-9, and Saturdays 10-6. Hope to see you soon!
