Things I wish I knew before starting my own business…

Just because I’m not taking clients doesn’t mean I’m not working.

There’s so much that happens behind the scenes—
messages, scheduling, finances, problem-solving, planning, the constant mental load of running it all.

It’s hard work. Mentally, emotionally, and some days physically too.
And you’re always learning—figuring things out as you go.

Being busy doesn’t always mean you’re profitable.
Boundaries aren’t optional—they’re necessary.
And not everyone will see your value (but the right people will).

There are days you question everything…
but that doesn’t mean you’re doing it wrong.

It’s not easy, but it’s mine—and that makes it worth it
