Fun Fact Friday!

Apparently King Tut liked honey!

During the 1922 excavation of King Tutankhamun’s tomb, archeologists found jars of 3000 year old honey. According to reports, they were brave enough to open the jar and take a taste. Turns out it was edible!

Fun Fact Friday!

Ok … 🤯🤯🤯

Here are the details (according to the ever trusted Wikipedia): Otzi had a total of 61 tattoos which consisted of 19 groups of black lines. Of these 19 groups of tattoos, 9 were located next to or directly on acupuncture points used today. Most of the others were on meridians and arthritic joints. .gatt_tcmd broke this down for us even further, explaining that the black lines were ba gua; sequences that depict lines representing yinyang.

Based on how dark his tattoos appeared, it has been suggested that he was tattooed repeatedly in the same spots.

What’s even crazier is that Otzi lived at least 2000 years before the use of acupuncture in China 🤯
