Registration is open for the next offerings of Baby + Me Physiotherapy Groups! The groups run for 4w and are intended to provide a safe environment for you to interact with your baby, others parents/caregivers and a pediatric physiotherapist. During each class we focus on a floor position and educational topic relevant to this age and stage of development. My goal is that you leave each class feeling connected and empowered with strategies and information to support your baby’s motor development.

Early Floor Time Highlights (10am)
✨Information and strategies to support early floor time including tummy time, side lying play, back play and rolling
✨Plagiocephaly and torticollis prevention strategies
✨Early containers- how much, how and what to use
✨ Wraps and carriers and more

Movers and Crawlers Highlights (1130am)
✨Information and strategies to support sitting, transitions between positions, and crawling
✨ Next stages of containers- Exersaucers, Jolly Jumpers and more
✨ First footwear and pediatric foot development
✨Standing and Walking
✨ Positioning for high chairs and beyond

We have one room available for rent in our clinic space!

We are looking for a healthcare professional to share the space with current occupants including a pelvic health physiotherapist, pediatric physiotherapist, and registered dietitian. Clinic is located within the Superior Health Centre building. Interest in servicing the pediatric and/or perinatal populations would be an asset.

Details:
✨ 120 sq ft room
✨ Access to reception area
✨ Gym space available to run small group classes

Coming in January 2023!

We are so excited to share what we’ve been working on for the past few months!

In January we’ll open our new, shared physiotherapy space! Our vision for this space was to create a warm, comfortable and welcoming environment for all women, babies, and kids to receive individualized and specialized care.

We have many shared values as physiotherapists and people, so creating this space together felt like a very natural next step!

We will both continue to operate our individual businesses but look forward to the opportunity to collaborate and combine our expertise to create new and unique offerings for the wonderful groups that we service.

Individualized and group offerings from our space will begin in January but our schedules are open for booking now! Please visit our websites for more information about our services and to book an appointment.
