I have had about a dozen people reach out to me over the past few days telling me how tired, sore, exhausted or just plain awful they feel.

While the leaves are beautiful and the air is crisp, sometimes the change in the earth's vibrations and energies can cause us to feel a little "off" as the days get shorter and darker. When the earth's energies changes, sometimes we need a little healing help to adjust to it. Message me for an appointment to align your energies and have you feeling like your best self again.

This is the universe telling us that something doesn't match up. That the energy the other person is emitting doesn't match with yours. Do you know how to ground yourself? Can you protect yourself from getting sucked into someone else's negative energy?

With all of the things happening in today's world, you may be finding yourself worried or angry a lot of the time. Having an abundance of those two emotions can cause your energy to shift to unbalanced and leave you feeling exhausted while also unable to sleep. You may find yourself yelling at your children or spouse for little things and then feeling guilty later. Maybe you just feel like it's hard to find things that you are grateful for. A 45 minute healing session to better align your chakras and get you back on the right calm and loving path will help. I have a few appointments available Tuesday and Saturday this week.
