Level 3 is focused on learning to use the Cadillac, arc, barrel and Pilates Chair. I can’t wait to share what I have learned so far with you! We will continue to incorporate these new movements into the upcoming private sessions this week.

So what exactly do chiropractors treat?

Although treating neck and back pain are the most common injuries I see, I also treat many other conditions!

Some other common conditions I see weekly:
- jaw pain
- tension headaches
- plantar fasciitis
- hip pain (bursitis, arthritis etc.)
- ankle sprains
- hamstring strains
