WEEK 6 – Keep Pushing Forward 🔥
We are six weeks in and the consistency is paying off!
3 workouts. 30 minutes each.
Start with:
✔️ 5-minute walk (warm-up)
Then rotate:
🏃♀️ 1-minute run
🚶♀️ 90-second walk
Repeat until you reach 30 minutes.
This week is about staying steady, locking into your rhythm and trusting the work you’ve put in.
