5:30-6:30 PM Intermediate Suspension- experience required
7:30-8:45 PM Yin+Meditation- all levels
WEDNESDAY
7-8 PM 4 week Introduction to Suspension Yoga Course- beginner ONE SPOT LEFT!
THURSDAY
5:30-6:45 PM Stretch+Tone Hatha- all levels
7:30-8:30 PM Easy Evening Suspension- experience required
