Many have been asking and I want to update everyone that I will be returning in December and have found a temporary location to work out of for the holidays.

I wanted to let Sault Ste. Marie know I have updated my booking calendar for one on one appointments. I will soon update classes for mid December to mid January!

🍂 Trusting the Universe, Embracing Transformation 🍂

As we step into fall — a season of release and renewal — I feel the universe guiding me to slow down and honor my own season of transformation.

After experiencing an injury, my body has been asking for deeper rest and recovery. I’m taking intentional time away from work to reduce stress, focus on healing, and dedicate space to my studies and personal practice. This pause feels like divine timing — a chance to realign with my purpose, release what no longer serves me, and prepare for the next chapter with clarity and strength. As I move out of the current studio I trust the higher vision to come into alignment as I step into the silence to balance, harmonize and visualize.

This is my time to reset, and I trust that the stillness will allow something beautiful to grow.
