I know I am very late with this post, but I finally had a bit of time to do a mini 2025 write up.
2025 was an unexpectedly very busy year for me as a doula. It was a privilege and an honour to witness 6 new humans enter the world.
Starting the year off with a birth in January, and ending the year with a birth in December.
There were hospital rooms and living rooms filled with laughter, love and some seriously strong mamas and dads.
Being invited into such beautiful, sacred spaces still has me in a state of awe and thankfulness.
So to those who allowed me to witness their power, and love, to be a part of the joy that comes with bringing a new life into the world, I wanted to say thank you!
My doula babies and my clients will always hold a special place in my heart.
And I cannot forget the wonderful midwives, nurses and OB's I had the privilage to work beside to make sure these families had the safest, best experience possible. It was wonderful to get to know them a little better with each birth.

So heres to 2025, a wonderful year full of love and learning! May 2026 be just as lovely!

I'm back! After a long, but also fast 12 month maternity leave, I am back and ready to use my recent experiences as well as my other 3 experiences to support you during the wonderfully crazy time of bringing little humans into the world!

In the past two years I have experience two heartbreaking miscarriages. I was, and still am, shocked at the lack of support available for those experiencing pregnancy loss. It took a lot of time and energy searching out different social media accounts, and books to help me walk through that dark time. I am not out of the dark yet, I have bad days, and some good day, but I am moving forward with the knowledge that those sweet babies went on ahead of me, and have not been left behind.
I am posting to reach out to local businesses and people in the community to try to fill that gap. I had some friends drop off food, and was gifted some beautiful self care items from local businesses, and though it didn't make anything better, it didn't fix my heart or bring my babies back, it brought a little bit of light to the darkness. I want to be able to do that for others who experience loss and have to walk a similar path.

I work with families who are trying to conceive, who are expecting, or have just welcomed a new addition. I work with families who have experienced loss, have high risk pregnancies, and families birthing in the hospital or in the home, and who are under OB or midwifery care.
