What's on my mind I was sitting here thinking about our house and how it's getting old and needs windows and doors and likes a lot of TLC and how I have an amazing landlord that doesn't raise my rent and that's what he can just like everybody now everybody's having a hard time even people who have things it's not just poor people having a hard time and I just wish there was some way I could help him get this house in shape not only for him but for the people that live here and the difficult when you're powerless and it's pretty disappointing

Dan's place has got a story for everyone there was a gentleman who came to me because he was on drugs and had nowhere to go anyway he left my house and went back to his using girlfriend then he called me back again and asked me again to come back and I took him back a second time to help him he currently just got a large sum of money and he said to me that oh Dan I will help you thank you for saving my life you did it for me blah blah blah blah blah so when I asked him about him helping Dan's place he said oh I just can't give everybody money the shows you what addicts are really like I'm a True Believer in karma what goes around comes around

I'm doing this post because I'm trying to get everybody's opinion dans place. Dan's place helps people who have nowhere to go or trying to turn their life around stay off drugs and stuff like that I recently found out that the welfare social services believes that I am living off the backs of other people so I'm considering not doing this anymore not helping anybody and not renting rooms do you have an opinion do you think I live off the backs of other people because I don't want to be thought of it this way when people move in on welfare they get about $700 to $750 a month the rent is $500 $200 doesn't feed you for the month and with this a lot people don't understand this is I end up supporting these people and helping them get through by feeding them. so to say that I live off the back of them is absolutely insane. When I actually help support them.

It's been a while.Since I've posted been having a hard time. I am having issue with my teeth. Didn't want to take narcotics. So I went to the hospital and took a non-narcotic for my teeth. And when I got home. I spent most of the night throwing up and vommeting because the pain was so bad. so I had to wait till the medication started to work. What will you do for your sobriety ?????

I consistently tell people that God won't give me more than I can handle, but when is enough enough, having maintained sobriety for almost 5 years, while my account remains perpetually overdrawn, leaving me exhausted.
