Alzheimer's Awareness Month is a time to raise awareness, challenge stigma and support those affected by Alzheimer’s and dementia.
VON provides compassionate care and resources to help individuals and families navigate this journey. We serve people with Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia, cognitive impairment, chronic illness or physical impairments. We have several supports for clients and their caregivers. Winter officially begins today! As the days get colder, VON teams continue to provide essential support — delivering Meals on Wheels, offering in-home care, checking in on clients and helping people stay safe, warm and connected.
