Dr. Shivarny was out this past weekend at Whitefield Academy’s annual Fall Fair 🍁🎉 connecting with the community and spreading awareness about chiropractic care 🦃😁

🎓 Currently specializing in sports science chiropractic care, Dr. Shivarny brings a dynamic approach to treatment – combining manual therapy, rehab exercises, acupuncture, and more to help you move and feel better.⁣⁣

Meet our new Registered Massage Therapist!⁣⁣

Vithushan is a Registered Massage Therapist that comes from a 10-year background in Sports Nutrition and Personal Training. He is licensed with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario, and a Fitness and Health Promotion graduate. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
He applies a hands-on approach to testing and treatment. His focus is to identify exactly what his clients need and simplify the steps to reaching their goals. He is experienced in Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Fascial, Cross Fibre Friction, and Joint Mobilization techniques. ⁣⁣

Outside the clinic he enjoys powerlifting 🏋🏾 and boxing 🥊.⁣
