Hi friends 👋🏻

A quick reminder of my 24 hour cancellation policy:

Clients who provide less than 24 hours notice of cancellation, or miss their appointment, will be charged the full cost of their massage.

For example, if you have a massage at 5PM on Wednesday, you have to give notice of cancellation, at the LATEST by 5PM on Tuesday.

The only exception I am making at this time is for personal illness.

If you have late cancelled, offer your massage to your partner, child, friend etc. and try to fill the space for your therapist. This will avoid the late cancellation fee. (And is so appreciated!)

I understand that things can come up unexpectedly that are out of our control. It sucks to pay for a service you didn’t get. However my cancellation policy is firm because my time is worthy of respect, just like yours!

Hi friends!

Registered Massage Therapists are still permitted to provide treatment during the new provincial measures, and Cara Wellness Collective will remain open.

I follow guidance from the Ontario Chief Medical Officer of Health, Ontario Ministry of Health and Public Services Health & Safety Association. This ensures that I am up to date and doing everything I can to keep us both safe during treatment.

If you feel ill please let me know with as much time as possible. You will not be charged the cancellation fee if you are sick. A cancellation fee of the entire cost of the massage will be charged if cancellation happens within 24 hours for any other reason.

As of January 1st I have updated my hours for 2022. I am available for an extra hour of massage on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. Saturday hours stay the same.

With the 3rd shutdown happening in Ontario, I will continue to offer massage therapy services. Your safety is extremely important to me, and I will continue to operate with the following precautions:

- Each client is screened for symptoms before their massage via electronic form and upon entering the space.
- Clients who do not feel well are not permitted to receive treatment. If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your massage for another time.
- Masks are required in the building, the space and for the duration of your treatment. Hands must be sanitized or washed upon entering the space.
- Stringent cleaning measures are in place, with 30 minutes in between each client to ensure adequate time for cleaning the treatment room, washroom and common area.
- Clients will never run into one another at the space, and I am the only person offering treatment at this time.

I want to thank you all sincerely for trusting me to be your massage therapist during this super weird time ❤️

Massage Therapists are permitted to stay open during the new Ontario lockdown measures.

The same stringent cleaning measures are in place. Screening is happening before entering the space and before treatment. Masks are mandatory and so is hand sanitizing/washing.
