WHY WE CARE 🌱

Cliffside CARE grew from a shared belief that wellness should be preventative, integrated, and rooted in real human connection.

Through years of working in Traditional Chinese Medicine, functional movement, and somatic healing, we’ve seen how often people wait until pain becomes chronic or symptoms unmanageable before seeking help.

Having lived and worked in this community for over twelve years, Cliffside Care is deeply personal to us.
It represents the merging of our individual practices — and — and a response to what we felt was missing locally: a space where healing, movement, and nervous system support could exist together under one roof.

With our new studio and updated outdoor space we look forward to continue our thoughtfully embodied care as we extend our individual sessions into supportive small group offerings.

✨11 years in the beautiful Bluffs! ✨

It all happened very quickly after I first found the listing for our home here at Kingston Rd/Midland, in the heart of Cliffside.

With ‘s guidance we soon found ourselves putting in the winning offer.

We always knew the backyard was going to evolve into something special. And here we are, merging our passions: + =

FUN FACT: many people don’t know that the first time I actually walked into our home was after we already bought it.

I went on a hunch, my trust in Eric or perhaps the surge of hormones from being 7 months pregnant.

Either way, it worked out ☺️

Join me for my Power Golf Workshop.

As a Level 3 TPI Fitness Pro for over 15 years my goal is to highlight the physical characteristics needed to improve swing consistency and power while reducing your risk of injuries.

DATES: May 11 OR May 25th
TIME:11:00am - 12:30pm
LOCATION: Cliffside Care - (Kingston Rd/Midland)
COST: $125 per person.

During the hands on component of the workshop,
you will:
- perform movement assessments
- identify physical limitations
- understand swing sequence
- practice active warm up drills

Leave with exercises focused on your rotational centers and more knowledge on how to optimize your body for a more powerful and injury free golf season. I have been running these workshops for the last five years with great success, client feedback and participation.
