MUSIC 5D WORLD. Why Conxcious Taughts Produxtions? Conscious taughts is a play with words. The word "taught" when read can be heard as "thought".Certain posts that I put up are thoughts I've with the intention of love and unity have taught myself, or learned along the way of life or from other beautiful creatures. Now the x in "conxcious" represent a resistance from the past presuppositions of what consciousness is usually defined a. Usually defined as an entity of religions. Or a scientifically understanding the ego. In laymen's definition, consciousness is separate from world or this hidden entity that is merely a hiccup we have. Science is oh so beautifully integrating and understanding further what it means, which I am appreciative of. I define it along the lines of - conscious thoughts take into consideration the world. Not just the capitalistic self but how this affects our kids, our wildlife, our climates, how humans are capable of much more than a corporation of systematic routines. Beyond the notion of how schools are systematically set up. Or even how certain cultures are deteriorating because they choose to live outside of capitalistic environment. Consciousness is inclusive of all, yes race culture but that's merely the tip of the iceberg. It's about ensuring our world is being well sought after. It's about creating spaces where peoples whole self is being interacted with, understanding "that the body is embed within the limitlessness of one's 'soul' " (Jim Carry quote") Conxcious taught or conxcious thoughts are pieces of knowledge that are words, or spoken word pieces that we've taken the time to understand and share because it's time for the world to embrace their love consciously- synonymously. Past restrictions on religions, past the surfaced understandings of philosophy.. and much more which we can discuss, share and talk about through our posts. My phone’s memory is too full of good moments to keep gatekeeping them.
So here you go....

One of the reasons I admire Kensington is moments like this.
Ceremony rooted in the land.
Honoring the seasons.
Showing up even in the cold.
A lot of us didn’t know each other. But we were there intentionally.

And now, as we move toward the new Lunar Calendar year, this feels like a reminder.

Cycles close. Cycles begin.
The community carries us through both.

Working toward better isn’t just you shifting your personality one day.
It’s literally a practice.

Most of the work happens in between, during the small moments
When you notice the pattern, When the body still wants the familiar and you're noticing the polarity happening within.
When you pause to take your next step.

Progress isn’t dramatic most days. It’s repetitive. That's where the magic is in my humble opinion.It's us choosing differently more than once.
It’s showing up again and fkn again after it didn’t land the first time or the fifth time.

Wanting better matters. But action is where it integrates.

I have so many visions wanting to be born through me.
I want to execute.
I want to move.
I want to build. I want to connect. I want to multiply vibes.
I also want to honor the grit it took to get here.
Part of that grit didn't come naturally. I built it. Slowly. Painfully. Through speaking to my ancestors and on purpose.

Even saying that out loud still hits me in the chest. 🥺
And at the same time, I choose to respect the rest.
I respect pacing.
I respect energy, money, support, capacity, and timing.
Our visions will always need discernment.
They ask for budgeting your nervous system, your time, your resources, and your marketing.
They ask for honesty about what can be held right now.
That's how the vision turns into reality. That's how the one day becomes "this is how I'm doing."

Both can be true. Both need to be true tbh.

So pacing is one of the skills I've gotten to a certain level with and continue to master.

Because I'm building a legacy that can withstand time and any foreseeable epidemics.

A download in Bombay.

I wanted to be healthy there. I wanted a rhythm. I wanted my body to feel like home again. What most people didn’t see was how much I was holding mentally. I alchemize quickly, so it rarely looks heavy from the outside. Internally, it was a lot.

Weeks passed without the gym.The desire was there. I really wanted to go.
But I kept telling myself I had “too much work.” And on top of everything else I needed to do. So there I was, deep in my work, when I caught myself in my own language. “I’m going to the gym.”
It was always tomorrow. Always later. Wayyyyy too much wiggle room to back out.
So I decided to change the narrative, because when you realize you have the power to do that your world will shift

I started saying, “I went to the gym.” I kept saying it until my body agreed.
And that day, I actually showed up.Such a small moment. And also a huge one.
I felt how the movement. My Breath and my energy clearing and reorganizing my system.

That’s when the download came through.The identity has to shift first.
Because the body doesn’t move just off motivation. It moves off what it believes is already true. When you teach your body, “this is who I am now,”
Desired action stops feeling like a fkn battle and starts feeling like seamless follow-through. Just like brushing teeth everyday. That's the type of seamless energy I'm speaking on.

Conxcious Healing ®- Offering healing sessions incorporating world philosophy and universal ancient teachings. This looks like self-love rituals, working with Akashic Records to heal traumas, movement as medicine i.e primal movement, yogic asana, marital arts and chakra clearings.

Conxcious Cannabis Therapy®- Teaching clients how to effectively use G***a as ceremonial tool and sacramental tool. Teaching clients highlighting the cause and how to address paranoia when elevated. Now that Cannabis is Legal in Canada teaching clients how to release past fears from our muscle memory: Fear of being caught with illegal drugs. Learn how to meditate with Cannabis. Learn how to use it as a tool to be more productive. Learn how to not oversmoke.

Anoushka is self- taught in Akashic Records and has also become an initiate in the King Salomon Lineage from the Modern Mystery School.
