MUSIC 5D WORLD. Why Conxcious Taughts Produxtions? Conscious taughts is a play with words. The word "taught" when read can be heard as "thought".Certain posts that I put up are thoughts I've with the intention of love and unity have taught myself, or learned along the way of life or from other beautiful creatures. Now the x in "conxcious" represent a resistance from the past presuppositions of what consciousness is usually defined a. Usually defined as an entity of religions. Or a scientifically understanding the ego. In laymen's definition, consciousness is separate from world or this hidden entity that is merely a hiccup we have. Science is oh so beautifully integrating and understanding further what it means, which I am appreciative of. I define it along the lines of - conscious thoughts take into consideration the world. Not just the capitalistic self but how this affects our kids, our wildlife, our climates, how humans are capable of much more than a corporation of systematic routines. Beyond the notion of how schools are systematically set up. Or even how certain cultures are deteriorating because they choose to live outside of capitalistic environment. Consciousness is inclusive of all, yes race culture but that's merely the tip of the iceberg. It's about ensuring our world is being well sought after. It's about creating spaces where peoples whole self is being interacted with, understanding "that the body is embed within the limitlessness of one's 'soul' " (Jim Carry quote") Conxcious taught or conxcious thoughts are pieces of knowledge that are words, or spoken word pieces that we've taken the time to understand and share because it's time for the world to embrace their love consciously- synonymously. Past restrictions on religions, past the surfaced understandings of philosophy.. and much more which we can discuss, share and talk about through our posts. The shift doesn’t look dramatic from the outside. It’s a lot quieter than that.

It’s the moment when what once required discipline starts feeling natural.

When our pauses happen without effort.

When you stop rehearsing who you’re becoming…because you’re already moving as them.

This is what integration looks like.

March 10–20 is a quiet Akashic window before the Spring Equinox.

A lot of people start reviewing patterns, relationships, and decisions without fully knowing why.

The Records often bring things to the surface before a seasonal shift so we can see clearly what we’re carrying into the next cycle.

I always have a bit of a strange relationship with commercial celebration days.
I obviously believe in intention, ya'll know that.

Women deserve to be celebrated, supported, and seen.

But sometimes it makes me pause and ask deeper questions....

What does it actually mean to celebrate women?
Is it one day of posts, panels, and flowers?
Or is it the quiet, everyday support of the women around us?

The ones building lives while healing.
The ones showing up for their families and communities.
The ones doing the invisible emotional labor.
That kind of strength deserves more than a day.
Maybe that’s why days like this always make me think.

Okaaaay we've been working through it!!

Your community does not need more spectators. It needs your participation.
And I'm not talking in a fake performative way. But in a way that is intentional.
Showing up bravely. Supporting others with YOUR GIFTS.

Creating spaces where people feel seen.Participating in the energy of the places we live.

Community is not just something that just exists around. It is something we practice. (Mic drop)

And sometimes the reason we hold back is because the body has learned to stay small. To excessively observe instead of engage. To protect self instead of participate. Which is normal from a survival POV but not from a Thrival POV. Because we thrive in being in community.

This is some of the work I explore through Akashic healing. Tracing the patterns that keep us on the sidelines and gently shifting them so we can show up more fully in our lives.

Honestly some have been trained to be docile and anxious. However, through being in community with the kind of magic you wish to see in the world more people become willing to be present.

TO BE SEEN.
To Take up space.
To participate in the life around you.

I have been in that position.

I know what it feels like to look at a message, think “I will get back to it later,” and then never actually get back to it.

Not because I did not care. But because something in my body felt overwhelmed. Which then made me flaky.

For me, it was never just about the text. It was about capacity. When your nervous system is stretched, even small interactions feel like another demand. Another place where you might have to perform, explain, or hold space.

Sometimes when I notice myself slipping into the old version of me who delays and avoids, I pause and ask what is actually happening in my body.

Am I tired?

Am I overstimulated?

Am I bracing for something?

Overwhelm does not always look dramatic. Sometimes it looks like unopened messages and quiet guilt.

The shift for me came when I stopped shaming myself and started addressing the root. When I began doing the deeper work, clarity replaced avoidance.

How many times must we fall into the arms of dollars to be held?
How many times have creatives abandon themselves for pay cheques.

Checking to see whose checking on them.
While pouring hearts out on mics for them.

She whispers “Paper don’t run we, we circulate paper”
While she’s calculating the trials & GST’s of her paper.

No hater, this is my sauce. My lemons. You can’t have mines.
Find your own lemonade.

A once ambitious creative soul ready to take on the world, now crumbles at the politics of the industry. “The world sucks. I’m just done with these. They don’t want me to thrive. “
They go from victory to victim within the swoosh of their magic wand.

Your guides whisper “What happened to your courage that you found?”

You respond “The clock struck 12”

Well, go forage it now!
From the concrete jungle that took it away.
From memories that told you couldn’t be this- “no way”

Sobbing “I did”

I invested it in the “it couldn’t be me’s” & the “ I will never win”

My guides respond and this is why you must go big and go within. This is what it means to go home.

Trust is not a mantra you repeat. It is a definition you live by.

In the last video, I asked what trust means to you. That question was not rhetorical. Most people say “I trust myself” without ever defining what trust actually is in their body.

Is trust certainty?
Is it intuition?
Is it consistency?
Is it the ability to move even when there is risk?

From an Akashic perspective, self-trust is not about confidence. It is about congruence. It is the alignment between your inner voice and your willingness to honor it.

When Spirit brought this message forward, it was clear. You cannot build trust with yourself if you do not know what you are measuring.

If trust means never making mistakes, you will never feel it.
If trust means listening and adjusting, you can strengthen it daily.

Self-trust begins with definition.
Then awareness.
Then repetition.

Before you say “I trust myself,” ask yourself what that actually requires of you.
