The rhythmic strokes, the focus on color, the tactile feel of the brush—it all sends a direct, physiological signal to your brain that you are out of survival mode. Your body is wired to release, regulate, and restore.
Tears do more than express emotion:
• They release stress-related hormones
• Activate your nervous system to calm down
• Help your brain shift from reaction → reflection → clarity

Not all tears are the same:
