Free elder law services are expanding across Huron Perth & Area, making it easier for seniors, caregivers, and the organizations that support them to access timely, trusted legal help. Older adults can now get earlier legal support around things like:

✅ care transitions
✅ decision‑making

Addressing these concerns early can reduce stress for families and help seniors stay supported and informed.

What’s available at no cost:
• Education sessions for seniors, caregivers, professionals , and community groups
• Case consultations for staff supporting older adults
• Brief legal advice for seniors and caregivers (no income requirement)
• Direct legal services for eligible low‑income seniors, including wills and powers of attorney
