Why our Posture Matters!

We hear it all the time; stand up straight!

So, why is this so important?

Keeping an eye on our posture, and doing our best to stand tall can make us feel more energetic, it can also help our digestive system move and feel better (more space!), as well, can help our body in general feel more in alignment, meaning a decrease in aches and pains specifilaly in shoulders, back and hips.

Throughout the day do a ‘posture check’; roll those shoulders back, and just stand a little taller to reap the benefits of a good posture!
