Good morning yogis,

What a beautiful start to the day! The sunshine, chirping birds, and the soothing sound of a crackling fire at Junction Creek Campground in Durango, Colorado made our 7 AM Pacific yoga session truly magical.

Today's practice focused on lots of breathwork and mindfulness. We worked on releasing tension in our lower back, hips, glutes, and legs, while also strengthening our abs and back. Our meditation centered on the question, "Who am I?"

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined the class this morning. I am deeply grateful for each of you.

In today's session, we focused on connecting the mind and body to increase awareness and release traumas held in our bodies. We explored negative thinking patterns and asked ourselves, "Where are my beliefs coming from?" This reflection helps us choose to release beliefs that do not serve our higher purpose and well-being.

Today's class took place at the beautiful Junction Creek Campground in Durango, Colorado.

Grateful to have everyone participating in the 7am yoga flow and 8:15am chair yoga.
Practice was all about listening to our thoughts where are they coming from?
Do they belong to us or have we picked up these beliefs from others and made them ours, creating discomfort in our lives and our bodies. Learning to tune into our breath and connecting to higher vibrations, we tune into our truth and release all the negativity held with us.
