Feeling safe comes from a sense of security that locks on doors or guard dogs cant satisfy.

In my experience it took repetition in a small container, building safe connections which allowed me to build trust in myself and my environment (over timespan of years).

When I got to a predictable and sustainable sense of safety, I could then work with trauma therapy. Forcing and fighting it only made it fester and made me sick.

Recovery is a gentle pendulation between vulnerability and empowerment. ♡

Feeling ready isn't a thing! We decide. We choose so we can move forward and out of the isolating cycle of inaction ♡

Waiting to "feel ready" might never happen, so here is a loving nudge to make a decision. Make a decision and maybe it will unfold for you and you will learn about yourself - remember to wear a lens of self-compassion.

Maybe it will be a risk, or maybe it will be a precipice to take a leap of faith that leads you to EMPOWERMENT ♡♡♡

Are you ready to define your focus for 2026?
Make sure you know what you want and keep saying yes to that and no to everything else ♡♡♡ you can do it! Just begin and keep trying.

Consistency is more effective than perfection. Our brains learn new pathways when we continue to persevere toward a goal and it strengthens the groove for memory and habit patterns. The old ways fade away and are replaced with new ways to experience life.

If you want a different experience you are responsible for creating the environment for yourself. But dont stress, you are not alone!

Chronic stress impacts our physiological, digestive, nervous, cardiovascular and endocrine systems (and thats not all).

Emotional reactions and habit patterns can lead to training the brain and body with repetition. The good news is - we can create new habit patterns, new synapses and new ways of training our bodily systems toward health, synergy and optimal performance!

We have the power to nourish and compassionately shift toward wellness in all ways when we are aware of nutrition that supports recovery from chronic stress patterns.

Try some whole foods, unprocessed and nutrient-dense choices. Try to practise mindful eating, taking a pause connecting with food origins, farmers and appreciating the beauty on your plate. It helps build a relationship with food in a way that increases gratitude ♡ and awareness that we too, are a germinating seed with needs to grow healthy and strong ♡

When I connect with food, I connect with the life on Earth and I feel a sense of belonging, appreciation and humility.
