The words you use everyday is what keeps you in a suffering state. Your words are more powerful than you could ever imagine.

When you say… I can’t do that. Your body literally listens and the brain then runs the programming of I can’t. And then you wonder why you are still stuck and suffering.

As soon as you hear yourself say I can’t. Instantly say I CAN I am just having a hard time with it.

Sounds crazy… but ONE word can change your mind and then… your life.
