Anyone who is vegetarian or vegan for the belief system of harming animals and cruelty reasons I will forever respect and understand and never agrue against 🙏🙏

That being said. Anyone ever watch naked and afraid.. left to survive on their own for 21-40 days in the wild.
People get water. Fruit, berries etc but if they don’t get any meat they almost always tap out and can’t make it. Their body becomes to weak. They have pain, they are medically tapped out of the competition

People who are just about to tap out, get some source of meat and then they come back to life and can finish the challenge.

Again, not saying being vegetarian or vegan is bad lr
Wrong and I don’t disagree with any part of it!
However, it’s evidentially clear that meat for 99 percent of people plays a crucial
Part and role of feeling and being healthy.
