Born and raised in Manitoba, moved to Spruce Grove, Alberta in 2019. I have always been a caregiver and nurturer....self-care for me has been a journey, realizing over the years how important it is to take care of yourself so you can be the best version of you. It is not selfish to love yourself, and to make your happiness a priority, in fact it's a necessity! A career in massage therapy is a way for me to love myself and help others to love themselves!! Graduating from ACMT in September 2022 (Alberta College of Massage Therapy) with honours - has allowed me to follow a dream and passion to Empower, Inspire & Educate others. My desire & persistence, combined with love, has led me to where I am today. I believe in the importance of a balanced body, mind & spirit.....
