Dear Patients,

We would like to inform you that our phone lines with Bell MTS were down for most of the day on Tuesday, February 17. Unfortunately, this disruption was outside of our control and impacted our ability to receive and return calls in a timely manner.

As a result, we are currently working through a high volume of missed calls and messages. Our team is doing everything we can to respond as quickly as possible, but there may be some delays over the next day or two.

We kindly ask for your patience and understanding as we navigate this situation. If your concern is urgent, please seek immediate medical attention at the nearest emergency department or call 911.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support!

Sincerely,
