As a lover of Nature and the ocean! I found myself pulled to bring awareness to the plastic pollution in our oceans.

I have just learned that 5.25 trillion pieces of plastic waste are un our oceans, floating on the surfaces, and debris sinking into the oceans ecosystem killing wild life. The majority of this plastics breakdown into micro plastics that make their way into our food chain causing deaseases like hormonal imbalances, infertility, respiratory issues and even cancer, caused by the toxins found in plastic.

I dont want to be all doom here. My intention is to raise awareness for us to conciously make better decisions. Remember that we are part of this ecosystem and chain of life. What we put out there eventually comes right back to us. So hope to motivate you to create habits that decrease the use of plastic. Every little bit goes a long way to save lifes, animals and the ecosystems we depend on. As I mom this is important because I want my kids to live a healthy happy and prosper life.

The plastic industry is a trillion dollar industry! The recycling industry is do overwhelmed, only a very tiny portion is actually recycled.

So we need to be advocates of our oceans, so one way to help is spread the word and awareness! Share this post and share your ideas and practices to reduce plastic waste!

This has way bigger and long lasting impact than a Virus.

About 7 years ago I started learning the dangers of household cleaners to our Health and our environment! And with a toddler at home I made the decision to start making my own cleaners! It is so simple, cheap and.effictive way! Essential oils have antibacterial, antifungal, antiviral and cleansing properties which make them just as effective or more than your regular chemical and petroleum based commercial cleaners!

Commercial cleaners have been link to cancer, respiratory illness and some studies have found links to hormonal distress headaches etc! This was part of our healing journey with our respiratory issues! And we have been clear for years now!

Now also consider that these products pollute the air, our waters and the waste containers hazardous material.

So to me, replacing these items is a no brainer,. It is a win win for us and the environment,.and collectively by working together taking little steps like this can have a huge positive impact in our planet! We dont need to all make huge sacrifices to start contributing to our healing and the healing of Mother Earth! Just start with a little thing to build a better planet for future generations

Do you ever have days where you are just filled with GRATITUDE?

I am in awe of my life and hold so much gratitude for this country that has welcomed me and made me feel.at home!

I have so much gratitude for my native Land Venezuela, it was the place where I grew up and still hold on to the most amazing memories, surrounded with amazing friends and family! But God and the Universe had better plans for me and guided me here, where it can get as cold as Mars lol, but this life is so much bigger than I would have imagined for myself when I came here. It wasnt all easy, the first 6 years were the toughest a lot of uncertainty and hardship, where many times I wanted to quit and go back to Venezuela. I am so grateful that God gave me the strengths to keep going, because he knew I was gonna love what came after!

So yes filled with gratitude that I stayed here, that Canada welcomed me, where I now have amazing friends that treat me like family and I have a family of my own. I have an amazing career that is fulfilling and rewarding, I have a side hustle that I am passionate about, I have the perfect home for me! And so much more to hold gratitude for that my heart is exploding with joy!

Doesn't mean I dont have hard days, or I miss my native land but this is where I regain my strengths to keep going and always trusting that God and the Universe have the best plans for me!

So hope your day was filled with gratitude too 😊! And if not hope you can take a moment to remember the good in your life, and know that you can trust God and The Universe to give you the strengths and guide you! Gratitude Is a form selfcare 😊

I like to use herbs like sage which is purifying and Palo Santo is a beautiful wild tree native to My native Land, Venezuela. Add a few drops of grounding oils like Balance or Balck Spruce to ground you. Soak for 20 min, visualize and practice positive affirmations/mantras. Cleanse your energy and vibrate high 😊 you will feel amazing. Add prayer if that's your thing.

So creating effective and powerful affirmations can have a huge impact in your life.

So here are some steps to creating affirmations:

Take some time to think or journal what you want to improve/solve in your life

Write out positive, powerful and present statements

And recite them every day! In this step.is super important to believe in the affirmation, to feel the feeling and to vibrate high.

You can also pair them with your favorite essential oils! Essential oils help to access the the cellular memory of the limbic system and use it to instill.new beliefs, process emotions, boost confidence, feel.peace and calm.
