It’s time for snow and ice , also know as SLIP AND FALL SEASON! One good way to avoid ending up on the ground is to improve your balance and core stability by practicing TANDEM WALKS.
Try going the length of a hallway. Walk heel to toe in a straight line with your eye line forward, NOT down.
If this is challenging, use a wall for support.

Brrr! It’s cold out 🥶Are you hunching your shoulders to keep the cold air out? Once you get back into a warm space, here’s how to make sure your shoulders don’t stay up by your ears, causing a tight neck, shoulders or headache: pull you shoulders up to your ears as high as you can, then let them drop. Repeat 6-8 times. This reminds your shoulder and neck muscles to relax.
