Krista has multiple 45 / 60 min massage appointments available. Krista provides Deep Tissue Massage, Hot Stone Massage, TMJ Massage Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, Prenatal Massages and cupping.

Krista continues to receive great feedback from our community, and it’s not often she has this many openings available.

Whether you’re dealing with tension, stress, aches from the persistent cold, snow shovelling or navigating icy walkways / driveways, or just need some time to reset, we’d love to help you feel your best.

We offer direct billing for those having extended health care coverage.
