Meet your therapist… and the human behind the hands 🤍

I’m someone who chose a career centered around helping others feel safe and at home in their bodies… but outside the treatment room, I’m also just a calm, curious soul who loves coffee, nature, and quiet moments.

I’ve been in the wellness industry since 2021, and each year deepens my appreciation for this work, the people I meet, and the stories the body holds. While expanding my scope with reflexology, manual lymphatic drainage, and continued education, I remain deeply grateful to do this work.

I’m a cat mom, a nature lover, a coffee-everyday kind of person… and someone who truly believes that when we slow down and listen, the body knows the way.
