It's been a minute! Honestly I am not great at keeping up to date with social media posts😊. I'm often busy in nature or playing with my dog!

I am looking forward to a new virtual series starting Wednesday November 15th for 4 weeks.

We will journey through the senses connecting to the breath, through gentle movement and deep relaxation.
