It’s been a rough few days with what’s happening everywhere around the world 🌎 it’s no wonder everyone is in a panic
Take time to stop listening to all the negative s**t, get on your mat and do your practice. Not only will you feel better mentally you will feel better physically too which will put everything in perspective
Do your body and your Self a big favour by moving lymph around your body and boost your immune system by maintaining your practice. .
Practice, Practice, Practice! 🧘🏻‍♀️ 🧘‍♂️ .

Practice all done!
Just 2 weeks shy of a year since my leg injury and today it finally feels like I’m coming out the other side!
Still have a long journey ahead to feeling like I’m at 95% better but the fact that I can really bend my left knee and get into poses that have been impossible post injury set my mood for the day
