Dear SHWE Family,

Although I had hoped to run another expo in January, I have made the difficult, but necessary, decision to step back. Sadly, the SHWE will not be returning in 2026, marking the end of this much-anticipated annual event.

Organising the SHWE has been an incredible experience. I've loved making connections with vendors and visitors, and serving our community. Thank you all for being a part of the magic of the SHWE.

Tapping and Self-Hypnosis for Pain Relief and Food Cravings

12pm in the Workshop Corridor -- No registration required.

In this live 20-minute demonstration, Allan Hassoun, of Mind Alchemist Hypnosis, invites attendees experiencing pain and food cravings to participate in a proven relief and release method.

Pain serves as a protective signal preventing further harm, such as stopping someone with a broken leg from running and worsening the injury. However, challenges arise when pain persists even after the underlying issue has resolved. Is the pain rooted in the body, or the mind? Using EFT tapping and self-hypnosis, Allan hopes to alleviate various types of pain, such as frozen shoulder, sciatica, or tooth pain, often within 5 to 10 minutes, with results that are frequently permanent.

In the second part of the demonstration, he will focus on addressing food cravings. While it may not be possible to tackle all cravings in 10 minutes, his goal is to provide a method that works toward achieving the body you desire. If time permits, he will assist everyone present in releasing some of the most common cravings.
