Sports Medicine Clinic – Online booking system
Champlain Sports Medicine Clinic has his online booking system ready. :)
Starting today, September 17th, 2021, appointments can be booked using the following link:

First, select the desired professional and service; evaluations are for new injuries, and follow-ups are for following treatments. Please note that an evaluation is mandatory for all new injuries.
You must then create an account to login to the system. An email will be sent to complete your registration. After the first appointment is taken with the online booking system, you will receive an email asking you to complete 2 forms: please complete them on your client portal before your next appointment.
Finally, please note that all appointments taken from the online booking system will be given at Champlain College Lennoxville Sports Medicine Clinic, even though our partner Clinique Horizon Performance’s address might appear at some point in the system. The temporary clinic is the first door on your right when you enter the Sport Complex.
