Just as nature slowly wakes up at spring, so do we move into a new energy.

Not in a forceful way but rather with intention to simply be aligned with our truth.

This is a beautiful occasion to journal and be mindful of who you want to show up as and what you no longer wish to carry with you.

We are made of energy and we are constantly impacted by the energy around us ~

The thoughts we have generate energy and the people we interact with influence our energy.

Because it’s something we can’t see or touch it can be easy to underestimate the impact of energy but it’s constantly there infusing everything we do and FEEL ~

{ Are you aware of the quality of your energy most of the time? Can you observe your thoughts and detect if they create the energy you want to embody? }

Stillness is the practice that allows us to become more mindful of our energy ↠ whether that’s through

Yoga

Meditation

Time in nature

Breath work

And only a few minutes can do wonders.

Offer yourself energy recalibrations throughout your day and notice how people around you are affected. It’s a powerful practice.
