If you sit at a desk, use your phone often, or experience shoulder tightness, this stretch can help release tension through the upper back and shoulders.

Try holding the stretch for 20–30 seconds each side while keeping the shoulders relaxed and breathing slowly.

Regular stretching can help improve mobility and reduce everyday tension.
