👁️ Blueberry–Carrot Energy Bites (No Bake!)
Packed with antioxidants, vitamin A, and omega-3s — all amazing for eye health.

You’ll need:
• 1 cup rolled oats
• ½ cup shredded carrots
• ¼ cup dried blueberries
• 2 tbsp chia or flax seeds
• 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
• 2 tbsp nut butter of choice (almond works great)

How to make:
Mix everything together, roll into small bites, and refrigerate for 20–30 minutes.
That’s it — a quick, nourishing treat your eyes (and body!) will love. 👁️💛
