About me:
University of Alberta Bachelor of Education Graduate and PTS certified personal trainer. I’m a Certified Physical Prep Specialist and Certified Football Prep Specialist, which greatly helps with setting clients up for success. As well as those certifications, I also have my Speed & Agility Certification and Nutrition Coach Certification from the National Sports Performance Association. Experience with coaching young athletes in football. Lots of experience with developing weight loss programs that are feasible. I focus on positive reinforcement and a team approach in achieving goals with my clients. Training should be a joint effort, and in today’s world having someone that you can count on is a must. Individual plans are developed, so that goal can be reached. Training is a massive field, and my focus is always on technique first, then introducing new exercises. What separates me from the rest is, I genuinely want to change your life. I believe that success is measured on how we can make positive changes, not only with our physical body but also, with our emotional and social state. Today is the day for you to take that step to change the rest of your life. Free consultation to show you what training with me is all about. We will do measurements, teach the basics of planning, rolling, stretching, and make you do a quick workout.

​Big news from FitCode Conditioning. We are now going to be doing online personal training. We are using the application Trainerize. If your not close enough to train face to face, or just want to do workouts on your own with my guidance, this is an option for you. My rates are inexpensive, as it will only be 50 dollars a month per client. This app is great, as it allows us to send you workouts with videos to show you form and proper technique. Trainerize is a full streaming app that goes right to your phone. It allows us to demonstrate the exercises and all the main points of emphasis through videos. Through this application, we include 20 workouts per month. Philosophy:
To reach the maximum goals for each individual we must work as a team to discover what our potential is. Live by your own code.... Let's create a unique code that works for you today.
