We’re looking for an Administrative & Documentation Coordinator to join us on a contract basis (approx. 10 hours/month).

If you’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy behind-the-scenes work, this role might be a great fit.
Duties include:
📁 Maintaining organized filing systems
📝 Updating and creating business documents
📂 Supporting small office tasks
⚙️ Helping streamline workflows

A supportive, arts-based gathering for women (18+) grieving the death of a mother, grandmother, or maternal figure — whether recent or many years ago. Through music, art, breathwork and mindfulness, we’ll gently explore grief and the intense feelings that remain.
