New Modality Alert!!

I am now certified in face and buccal massage!

This treatment is a 60 minute treatment just to the face, neck, and arms. I use hydrotherapy, Swedish and therapeutic techniques to release tension to the head and scalp!

As an introductory offer to you all my treatment is $115!!! After 2 weeks say goodbye as this treatment will start at $135.

But...... I AM MOBILE!

I can direct bill most companies but let me known in advanced and I may be able to get my paperwork in to direct bill your insurance.

Holy! Long time no talk!

As most of you know I moved out East to pursue school and to be with my boyfriend who works in the Canadian Armed Forces.

As Christmas is around the bend so is my end of semester! Which means I'll be coming home! Dec 14th - Jan 6th.

3 weeks!

3 weeks in which I have opened up some availability at my old places!

I'd like to thank the owners for letting me use their space and welcome me back for the short while that I have here with you all. Thank you for helping a college student out!

That means, grab your phones and call the clinic that you wish to grab a spot. As my hours are ALL OVER THE PLACE. Please call the clinic to find a space. Remember I am a guest at these clinics and new practioners have moved in. Therfore my regular hours I had are not what I may have available.

I am so excited to see your faces, get life updates, talk, laugh, and share.

If you are also wondering, yes I'll be back at Raise The Bar SP too covering some classes as well! So come hang out with me there too.

That's a wrap.
Thank you so much to .yeg for letting me host an amazing 6 week introduction to pilates class! We had so much fun. We grew, we developed and above all else we learned so much about what our bodies can do.

Thank you to the ladies that showed up every single Sunday with smiles, curiosity and positivity. You guys made my mornings every single time.

Pilates at Luna this year is over, but you can still find me at every Thursday nights at 5:30pm!

If you'd love to see more classes at Luna or see me more please reach out or comment below. I appreciate all feedback and the best way of creating classes is knowing the needs of my community.

Why is breast massage important?

All the experts agree, the best way of early detection is knowing your breasts.

Breasts change over time. Through adolescence, pregnancy, during our periods and during menopause.

But we as a society don't talk about it.

So I'm hosting a self breast massage workshop. Where I will be showing you techniques on how to care for yourself. How to stimulate lymph nodes for breast health, how to create a relationship with yourself, and lastly establish a base line for what is normal for your body.

October is the month for Breast Cancer Awareness.

A statistic from the Canadian Breast Cancer Network says 1 in 8 women will develop breast cancer in thier lifetime.

The best method for early detection is purely this, knowing your breasts. Noticing any lumps, bumps or slight changes in our own bodies. Knowing our bodies can increase the chances of early detection and intervention.

This month we will explore what tools you can use to help not just find signs and symptoms of early detection. But also how to care for breast tissue through the different phases of your life.

We shouldn't just talk about breasts when something is wrong. Let's bring our best breasts forward (you see what I did there?!) and deep dive into the beautiful world of breast tissue.

Whatever you want to call them, call them whatever you want. But let's make sure we call them Well Taken Care Of!
