Coming Soon: Weekly Body Doubling Sessions

Ever find it hard to get started, stay focused, or finish tasks, especially when your brain just won’t cooperate? You’re not alone!

Body doubling is a simple but powerful strategy where you work alongside another person (virtually or in-person). You’re not doing the same task, and you don’t even have to talk, but the shared presence helps your brain stay engaged and accountable.

For many neurodivergent folks body doubling can:
✔️ Reduce overwhelm
✔️ Increase focus and motivation
✔️ Make task initiation easier
✔️ Turn “I can’t start” into “I actually did it”

Whether it’s emails, schoolwork, scheduling appointments, admin tasks, or that thing you’ve been putting off for weeks, our weekly body doubling sessions are going to be designed to create a supportive, low-pressure space to get stuff done together.

As we wrap up the year, we’re feeling incredibly grateful! From summer BBQ games and our annual Christmas party, to supporting assessments in PEI, welcoming new team members, celebrating milestones, and sharing lots of laughs with our team mascot, Laudy the Lobster 🦞who never misses a chance to travel the office spreading compliments to our phenomenal team.

We’re so thankful for our team, the values we share, and the memories we’ve built together. Work feels like a second family here, and we believe that matters because a strong, supported team helps us show up fully for our clients.
