What lives in the space between breaths?
There’s a subtle magic that happens in those quiet pauses. The world softens. Your mind loosens its grip. For a moment, you meet yourself as you are—unfiltered, unhurried, whole.
This morning, I invite you to try a mini-meditation: Close your eyes for just sixty seconds. Notice your inhale, your exhale. Then, linger gently in the space between. Feel how possibility expands there, like sunrise unfolding behind closed lids.
