🍂 As we move into Autumn, everything in nature starts to slow down — and this practice is our chance to do the same. The trees don’t rush to hold on; they just release. Mindfulness is about that same energy — slowing down, dropping what’s heavy, and giving the body space to recover.
Our yoga, sauna, and cold plunge events are a chance to move, release, and settle into the slower rhythm of the season.
