Vasospasm, sometimes caused by Reynolds Syndrome, is a condition that causes pain in the ni**le due to blood vessel constriction. If you are experiencing this, try these tips:
-Be Prepared Post-Shower with a heat source or warm garments/towel
-Bundle Up in Cold Weather, and maybe place warm material in your bra such as fleece, flannel, or wool
-During Exercise wear shirts with moisture-wicking properties
-After breastfeeding, use a heating pad or a reusable heat source like a sock with rice
-Reduce Caffeine Intake, since caffeine further constricts the blood vessels.
-Discuss Calcium-Channel Blockers such as nifedipine with your doc for severe cases

Dieticians of Canada recommend that you focus on three main goals with nutrition:
1. Balance
2. Variety
3. Moderation
Unless your care provider has suggested a different nutrition plan for you, typically it is recommended that you take in extra calories each day to fuel not only the needs of your growing baby, but also to keep yourself healthy and balanced, and avoid heading toward nutrient deficiency.
400 calorie snack ideas:
1.Peanut Butter and Banana Toast: Spread 2 tablespoons of peanut butter on whole-grain toast and top with a sliced banana. This snack is not only filling but also provides healthy fats and carbohydrates, totaling around 400 calories.
2.Greek Yogurt Parfait: Combine 1 cup of full-fat Greek yogurt with 1/2 cup of granola and a handful of mixed berries. This parfait is rich in protein and fiber, making it a nutritious option that comes in at approximately 400 calories.
3.Trail Mix: A homemade trail mix with 1/4 cup of nuts (like almonds or walnuts), 1/4 cup of dried fruit (like cranberries or raisins), and a few dark chocolate chips can provide a satisfying snack around 400 calories.
