Leslie Duncan and Co-Owner of Simply Cremations & Funeral Services, Doug Overend, who manages our Edmonton Alberta and Sherwood Park locations are Licenced Funeral Directors & Embalmers who have over 40 years combined experience in the funeral industry. Rob Schaffler is our apprentice Funeral Director in Sidney, originally from our Edmonton location. Support Staff are Len Crotty who retired from BC Ferries, and Vickie Wallace, a new Sidney-ite from Texas, who joined us 2 years ago. We are your neighbours, we work, shop eat and play in Sidney, and are always ready and willing to help with anything we can. We have no commission sales staff, no hidden costs and no pressure to purchase goods or services. For your family's peace of mind, pre-arrange to have your wishes known, lock in your choices at todays prices. Memorial Society Clients Welcome, and if you have pre paid arrangements elsewhere, we are able to transfer the arrangements to Simply Cremations should you prefer to have us look after you. We are big animal lovers, our pets are family. Your pet is always welcomed at our business, please keep your dog on a leash as we have a cat at the office, our Therapy Kitty, Tiki. We support Animal Rescue, Helping Homeless Cats Senior Cat Rescue, a registered charity.
