MASSAGE THERAPY PATIENTS - IMPORTANT EMAIL SENT OUT TODAY

A quick clinic update:

For any massage therapy appointments scheduled after today (October 26, 2025), all patients to re-complete their health history intake and consent forms. These forms are meant to be updated annually, so this will also serve as your yearly refresh going forward.

I’ll be using AI Scribe inside Jane to help capture clinical notes more efficiently. It’s only used for documentation. I review everything, and your identifiable health information remains protected under applicable privacy laws and professional standards. If you’d prefer not to use AI Scribe for your session, you can opt out at the appointment—just tell me and I’ll chart manually.

What you need to do

Please complete the updated intake/consents before your next appointment.

You’ll receive a prompt from Jane by email/text. If you don’t see it, let me know and I can resend it.

If you can’t complete it in advance, you will be required to finish it in-clinic before your next appointment (note: your treatment time may be shortened if forms aren’t completed beforehand).
