Need care on the Peninsula? Here’s where to start.
If you’re a Shoreline patient and have a health concern that needs attention soon but isn’t an emergency, please call us first. Many issues like earaches, UTIs, rashes, minor injuries, medication questions, or cold/flu symptoms can often be treated faster at our clinic than in the Emergency Department. If you don’t see an appointment on Pomelo, call your clinic directly and our team will help you find the right option.
If you aren’t a Shoreline patient, or we’re closed, here are options for urgent (non-emergency) care on the Peninsula:

Expanded hours as of Feb 18:
• Monday–Friday 8:30 am – 8 pm (including stat holidays)
• Saturday 8:30 am – 1 pm
• Closed Sundays
This clinic can help with issues like minor injuries, infections, rashes, coughs/colds, headaches, sprains, back pain, and more. Nurses there can also provide wound care, suture removal, and chronic disease support.

For life-threatening emergencies such as chest pain, stroke symptoms, severe breathing trouble, or major injuries, call 911 or go to the Emergency Department.
