Just over a week, can't wait to up it!
Bench max 75 lbs ⭐️ 5X5
Overhead Press max 75 lbs ⭐️ 5X5
Squat 90 lbs max ⭐️ 5X5
(And I did one chin up today! 🤣🫶🙌)
It's been years since I've focused on more than just body weight / 35 pound max. Lifting once again has just made me feel so strong and confident.
