Thinking about trying to conceive?✨🍼

Preconception is all about creating a healthy foundation for you and your future baby. 🤰

👉🏻It is ideal to start making changes at least 3 months before you want to start trying.

Things to consider:
🌿 Support Your Cycle — Track ovulation and address any irregularities.
🥦 Nutrition — Load up on nutrient-dense whole foods
🧘‍♀️ Reduce Stress — Stress can disrupt hormones
🧬 Run blood work — Ex. Iron, thyroid, B12 and vitamin D
💊 Supplementation — a prenatal supplement is essential to start in advance
